BUFFALO MEAT RECIPES
Bison Roast w/Garlic
-3 to 5 lb. bison roast
-1/2 cup ccoking wine or Italian dressing
-2 cloves garlic quartered
-(1) 12 oz. beer
-2 small onions
-2 tbsp. Worcestershire or A-1 sauce
-1 tsp. dry mustard
-black pepper
-garlic powder
Pepper all surfaces of roast and sprinkle with garlic powder. Brown bison roast at HIGH temperature on grill or frying pan. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or covered casserole. Add water to level of roast top. Cook slowly for 6-8 hours or bake at 250°F.
