ORDERING

All of our bison meat is sold by the pound (your price will be adjusted to reflect the actual weight). In the cases of meats such as steaks, roasts and jerky, we have listed the average weights. We may contact you to discuss the total charges for your order BEFORE we process your credit card if additional shipping charges will apply.

*Please note that there is a $38 order minimum if you are ordering our jerky only - you will need to order 2 packages (1/2lb. each). There is a $75 order minimum if you are ordering any combination of meats, jerky, and/or shop items. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING

We ship UPS, preferring deliveries to arrive "Next Day" in warmer months and "Next Day" or "2nd Day" in colder months. We only charge for shipping exactly what it costs us. We do not charge any add-on handling fees, etc. If you are located in our zone (usually most of New England), we are able to ship Ground UPS which is guaranteed "Next Day" delivery.

We can still ship Ground UPS to the remaining northeast in colder months since it's guaranteed "2nd Day" delivery. Ground delivery is the most economical method of shipping.
